What I do:
Energy healing work is a holistic
method for stress reduction and relaxation, with the intent to bring health to the mind, body, and spirit. As an energy healer,
I channel Universal/ Spirit/God/Goddess energy to help remove disturbances and restore balance in and around the body. However
you choose to perceive it is fine; this work is not affiliated with any particular religion. I follow some of the structure
found in the Reiki practice, while also working intuitively.
My clients remain fully clothed and can have a blanket over them if they
wish. Generally, I work with my hands both on and off the body at different times. If you prefer that I not lay my hands on
you I am able to work in that way as well. At times I will place handkerchiefs over the areas I am focusing on. I may also
incorporate music, gemstones and crystals, sage spray, candles, or other materials.

What to expect:
Energy healing work allows the body to enter a deep level of relaxation. The body is then able to
work on issues otherwise overshadowed by the stress and tension it is normally dealing with. Because of the level of relaxation
you may day-dream, have vivid dreams, or even what some consider to be past-life recalls. These often hold messages relating
to your healing process. Do not worry if you fall asleep; this is sometimes the best way for your body to open to the healing
energy.
During a session you may notice different sensations such as temperature variations of hot or cold,
tingling or prickling, lightness, or feeling larger than your body, among other things. There is a lot of energy movement
that goes on and this can also cause overwhelming and unexplainable emotions. Do not be alarmed or embarrassed if you cry,
become angry, or experience some other emotion. This normally passes quickly and is simply a way for the body to release
energy it no longer needs.
When the session is over do not feel rushed in getting up. Take some time to feel fully awake and present. Also make sure
to drink plenty of water when we are done. This will help flush out toxins that your body is ready to release.
